Life Navigators Receives Grant from The Catholic Community Foundation

January 15, 2020

Life Navigators is pleased to announce it has received a grant from The Catholic Community Foundation to support our Family Support Program.

This $5,000 grant will be used to provide services for kids and adults with immediate needs.  Through our Family Support Program, families are connected to community resources and programs.  Life Navigators also serves older adults with disabilities and their caregivers by creating a plan for the future.

Our Family Support Program offers crisis intervention services and in-home support.  This program also provides peace of mind to aging caregivers that their loved one will have the supports needed now and in the future.  Thank you to the Catholic Herald Community Foundation for their support.  To learn more about the foundation, visit their website.

Brothers Roger and Craig, pictured above, are able to live safely and independently in our community thanks to their network of support.
